APSA Scholarship applicants are considered for ALL scholarships for which they may be eligible (please do not submit more than one application), with a ranking system utilized to determine the recipient of each. All scholarships are awarded in U.S. dollars. Previous scholarship recipients are not eligible to receive the same scholarship. Incomplete submissions may result in disqualification.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:  

Application must the child of an APSA member in good standing who has been a member for at least one (1) year at the time scholarship application is made.  For all scholarships except the Sherry Hadley Memorial Scholarship and the Clint Hunter Memorial Scholarship, applicant must be a high school senior who has been accepted to an accredited college or university.  These two scholarships are available to high school seniors, full-time college/university or accredited trade school students.

Additionally, in regards to the Norm Jacobson Memorial, ASTAR and Clint Hunter Memorial scholarships, the related member must be employed or appointed as a peace officer by a governmental law enforcement agency under the laws of any state or nation, whose duties and responsibilities include the assignment as aircrew in or supervision and management of their agency's aircraft operations unit, section, division or department.
